Build and Broaden: Managing your Capacity

Webinar Fee: $30

Register Here: https://calwic.regfox.com/2024-wicworks-webinars-july-30

Zoom invitation will be sent out after registration. Download Flyer

Our Speaker: Dr. Patrice Jackson

In this session, Dr. Patrice Buckner Jackson, known as Dr. PBJ, will facilitate an interactive experience where attendees will practice a new model for managing personal and team capacity. Participants will learn and demonstrate a locus of control model that will identify the priority of all the priorities and focus work effort toward documented progress. Attendees will learn where to focus their energy when it seems everything is important and urgent.

By registering to the Build and Broaden: Managing Your Capacity session, you gain access to the Disrupting Burnout session with Dr. Patrice Buckner Jackson from the 2024 CWA Spring Annual Conference. You are not required to view, but encouraged. You will receive the video link in your registration confirmation email.

Dr. Patrice Buckner Jackson, known in her community as Dr. PBJ, is an author, transformational speaker, podcast host, and educator of almost twenty-five years. Her work is specifically focused on equipping and refreshing purposeful professionals. Compassionate work carries a high price tag: your mind, body, spirit, and relationships may be in distress as you serve the needs of others. Dr. Jackson gives her community the strategies to accomplish purposeful work without burnout.
