With much already happening this year, we pause to reflect on the highlights of 2024. Our annual impact report features the achievements of our small but mighty team. We are elated with the growth and milestones reached from celebrating a golden anniversary, to supporting legislation victories, and continuing to advance data linkages to improve program enrollment and care coordination. Of course, this work is done in partnership and together we forge a path to a brighter and healthier California where families thrive.
