The California WIC Program serves almost 1 million people each month with a local workforce of over 3000 staff. The California WIC Association aims to enhance experiences, improve health outcomes, and support the vital workforce that serves these families. Collaborating with state agencies and public health organizations, CWA accomplishes this through innovations, policy and systems change, advocacy, and workforce development.
