Annual Scholarships for Career Growth
A strong and thriving WIC workforce is on the frontlines effectively delivering the program helping families every day; they are the backbone and heart of the WIC program. To support and grow the WIC workforce, CWA provides annual scholarships to employees to grow their career, a leadership academy for new and emerging leaders in the community, advocacy training to educate elected officials, a variety of educational trainings, continuing education units to support credentialed staff, and staff wellness activities and resources.
